Getting here
- Roads around the vantage point will close from 3pm. Arrive early. See the road closure map and real-time traffic updates at livetraffic.com
- The last ferry to Rose Bay leaves Circular Quay at 4:45pm. The last ferry from Watsons Bay to Rose Bay leaves at 5:15pm. No ferries after this time.
- Buses will operate regularly and make stops within short walking distance.
Leaving the event
- Roads remain closed until around 2am. Follow directions of NSW Police and staff.
- Buses operate from New South Head Road.
- Pedestrian diversions are in place on New Year’s Eve. The way you arrive, may be different to how you get home. Be prepared for a longer walk to transport hubs.
